ReturnPolicy

All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused andwith the original tags and packaging. Requests to return items due to qualityissues, damage during shipping from use must be accompanied by photos or otherevidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received.

Replacements and refunds are not available  with no qualityissues. 

Quality issues are eligible for a full refund within 3 days ofreceiving your order.

CancellationPolicy

- Orders canceled within 12 hours of payment confirmation* willbe eligible for a full refund.

- Orders cancelled more than 12 hours but within 72 hours afterpayment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of thefull shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price (if the item has notbeen shipped).

- Orders cancelled more than 72 hours after payment confirmation(and before the item has been shipped) will be eligible for a refund of theshipping costs.

- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer becancelled.
